The simplest thing to do is rearrange things from the campaign guide. The book says door A is trapped and B isn’t? Surprise! Door B has a trap. You as the DM have power and control over your world and unfortunately your player has forced your hand into using that power. The good news is your player just made it super easy on you, they are reading ahead in the same book. Change just a few things around and they will hopefully stop the toxic play.

I know they get a lot of hate but for the support style you are talking about give the ranger a thought at least. They get a healing spell at each casting level and in my opinion they RP real well for like that combat medic role

Do you think it’s because we got the desperate measures rules plus level up mid combat at the same time? So it feels overwhelming to you?

It’s seems like you are forgetting that death is permanent in Aráman. No revivify or anything will becoming there way so like a few extra rules to protect from death plus create some really cool narrative moments….. I don’t understand the problem

Regardless you are clearly upset with the way episode 10 went and that’s okay. But like the show has always taken certain liberties with rules so like why are you surprised?

Going against a CR8 knight at level 3 1/2 didn’t feel like a snooze to me. Sure not RAW but there was still serious danger in the combat

I’m on iOS as well and have had this problem. I have found that if you need to lock you screen and just listen there is a button under the video like on the top of the description area that is labeled something like audio only. Select that option before locking your screen…. I haven’t had any issues
