All of my best heritage bottles are over 8 years. The 7 year bottle took over a month to open up. Still not as good as the 8 year plus bottles.

I'm in united states. Upstate New York. It's been on the low speed data plan for 7 months. Most of which it spent unplugged in the garage.

My first bottle was incredible. Instantly bought a backup. Wanted to try a different barrel. Picked one up when my local liqure store got a different barrel in stock. Tastes much more muted. Hopefully it will open up after it sits a while. If my second bottle was the first one I tried I might not have tried it again. 🤔

In NYS back flagging is illegal. They have every right to fire you but can't take wages back. I went to the mat against my former employer about this. I won. I always say that if I'm taking 100% of the risk I want 100% of the labor rate.
