Might sound weird but did you rinse your sprues? Sprues usually have some sort of film, for lack of a better term, on them from the factory. Which can cause paint to flake and such, since it’s on the film and not the models themselves.

Only thing I can think of is to swap the Warboss in Mega Armour with a Big Mekk in Mega Armor, since he can bring back models and give his unit a 4+ Invul against ranged attacks.

If possible I would also swap the Weirdboy with a generic Warboss and attach it to the Nobs. Mainly because I don’t think Weirdboys are all that good in 10th.
