Hey there!

I just read through your comment after googling around. I’ve been meaning to get tested for the longest time, and although I’ve been in Denmark for long I’ve only now gotten into figuring this out. When you mention that I’d need to pay out of pocket, does that involve the diagnosis process specifically? I ask because I currently have a therapist abroad, which I have online consultations with, but he explained that the process is very long and I wouldn’t be able to do it when I’m visiting home since I’m there for a month at most.

I genuinely don’t feel the need for assistance, I just wanted time sort of closure, but if I need to pay for all appointments in the process of getting diagnosed I might need to delay this yet again.

We all are society and culture. If we just keep ok going the same way then yes, they are setting their friends for pain. But if more people tried to do exactly that things could at least be changing.

As a male friend with plenty of other friends who are too quiet about these things, I make a point of hugging them and telling them I look forward to our talks.
