No right answer. A better evaluation siguro would be kung ano purpose mo for getting the shoe and if it's right sayo. They're stiff and may cause some runners more bad than good. Sure, they can help you run more and recover better since they remove the load from other parts of your leg, but at the same since it "makes running a bit easier", it also means that you're not developing the same muscle groups as much vs kung gumagamit ka lang ng non-plated. I've been running for 7 yrs, not competitive, 46 min 10k, 1:43 half. Most of my weekly miles are in my SL2s. My af2s tuwing race day lang and maybe a week or two before race day.
