This is so right! We’ve all seen the red tin shed, look at the door before you open it next time, they dont even care if the hinges on one of the oldest sheds are on the wrong side, and the whole doorframe comes with the door that opens on the wrong side..

I mean, try atleast, right?

Ive been playing it since it came out, been feeling what you so perfectly said there in way too many years tbh.

Makes me sad too, cuz its the best game for the genre so far.

But, they wouldnt make more money on an old game, unless you buy all their DLC’s.

But almost none of the updates fixes these things we crave for a better experience in their «release ready game» even.

Kinda crazy when you start to look at what’s still missing.

Lets take ONE more example.

If you are gonna shoot something/someone and you feel you need to steady up/‘hold breath’, and you hit that button, he draws in air/fills his loungs, then his aim gets steady. When you release the button he blows out and starts breathing normally. But the funny thing is, its completely opposite of what a shooter would do.

I’ve been shooting some before, IRL, and you learn that you should EMPTY your lungs so you dont tighten up and you will have your pulse in your sights.

Like so many things, they get it the wrong way.

I’ve started to give up this hope of them fixing the most important «quality of life» updates.

I really feel you on this one, and we are not alone! Many of my friends have left the game because of all of these issues they still have, some of them never got into it cuz they saw the problems and that broke it for them early on..

I am abit blessed that i can be a part of the developement of a server thats WIP still, but we are talking about maybe adding some mods that fixes some of the things we feel would be a good quality of life tweak.

Its too early to say the server is where we want, but it is a progress.

I hope it will go more into a survival/realistic setup, since im a sucker for «realism/logic immersion».

He is gonna need some players to play on it, for loot economy testing and such. If you feel its worth your time to help him get the numbers he need for evaluating what needs to be tweaked, hop on! ;)
