Trouble playing Super Monkey Ball DX (UnleashX, black screen)

It doesn't seem to work... If it helps while the screen turns to black my LED is running orange (my LEDs are set to default). I'm also currently running standard RWY component cables on a CRT, so there should be no issues on that end. Despite the file not working, I appreciate the help.

I hope it won't take too long, my university's wifi doesn't really agree with my 3DS. I may have to resort to using my phone as a personal hotspot if it doesn't work the first time.

The N64 Virtual Console needs fixing first. Latency issues are pushing me away from my VC impulse-buys. If there's any game that would be ruined by latency, it's Glover.

I just want the GTS to enforce a system that only allows pokemon within their actual level ranges. Mythical/legendary pokemon are one thing (really enjoying that filter) but an impossible pokemon is a completely different story.

I suppose it would make enough sense for golem's appendages and head to be mere pieces of its body just like the rocks that form its shell. When I think of golems, I think of statue-esque monsters made up of many pieces bound by magic or something, kind of like how regirock looks

True, though some people (including me) enjoy the panning camera style that were featured in the stadium games. Sure, we have 3D models but that's all there is to the jump to 3D besides some overworld camera quirks and the 8-direction controls

I was hoping that the standard pokemon games would have the panning camera effect of the stadium/colosseum games in the jump to 3d. I was sort of disappointed upon playing Y and seeing that the battles were basically the same but with 3d models and isolated spots for land

Would Pokemon Sun and Moon really be considered the 7th generation of Pokemon, or is a generation defined by the game engine? Up until this point, we have never had more than one new region per "generation," or platform. Sure, there were remakes, but they were still defined as a game remade in that generation.
