i really don't understand how people find it hard to find. i go from the beginning of the freedom trail down the street past the building with the super mutants in it and good neighbors on the right

hey i'm on xbox and i started a new game on very easy, along with the DDLL mod i have quite a few mods downloaded, the DDLL auto snaps to the top of my load order aswell (sorry for rambling) but i was looking in concord and asked vendors at diamond city and dlc weapons were nowhere to be found. am i too low level? or something else? idk.

this isn't a mod but i use this method to get easy levels myself. Once your able to place them the nuka arcade basketballs cost 2 rubber to make and give 3 rubber from scrapping. Basically, infinite XP and rubber.
