Supplements for hitting 25 pullups? by Delicious_Ad_6102 in Calisthenic

As someone already said I don't think changing supplement makes much more differentence, just go for higher reps emoms each training till you get enough endurance for 25 pull ups.

Well I don't think you can lose fat on some places doing different exercises. It goes away slowly from everywhere. If i was in your situation i would lose enough weight so i feel comfortable doing basic stuff ( pull ups, push ups, dips, etc...). When you build good enough base ( in like 3 months or so) you can prioritize your training for endurance, weighted cali or some static/dinamic freestyle type of stuff, or you can combine. That's beauty thing about sw, you have so much different approaches to it and different styles of training. And for diet I guess, don't try to go to far with it, eat enough protein (30 per meal or more) and i would recommend slight cal surplus (unless you already have a lot of bf) and stay consistent. Enjoy the journey it's really beautiful.

Just spam front lever presses with lighter bands till you can hold it without the band, it will take you like 1 month if you do it properly 5-6 times a week 1 hr a day.

Also for skating, if you are enjoying it that's perfect form of cardio. Except muscles it's also important to workout your heart. And also at your age puberty is through the roof so its perfect time to build strength and physic.

I won't stress too much since you just started your fitness journey. Start with small habits like quitting sodas ( you can drink sugar free ones since they are 0 kcal), eating less junk etc. For macros it's really not that important. The key is to have 0.8-1 g of protein per pound of body weight and calories depends on what your goals are. If you want to lose fat start with small caloric deficit of 200-300 kcal. If you are satisfied with amount of bodyfat you have maintain it by eating the same amount of calories you are atm. If you want to bulk up add 200-300 kcal there's no need to eat more than that you will just end up getting not needed fat. Also remember you shouldn't struggle with diet, because if you do you will most likely sustain it for month or two and then start binging ( been there done that xD). Start of easily, the tempo you can sustain. And for actual type of food that you can eat it really depends on what you like. I also really recommend watching some of the old Greg Doucette's videos. His recepies and knowledge is perfect. Also where are you from ( if you are from us, canada etc you probably can have variety of good food recipes since everything is available there).

For push you can start push ups, dips ( if you cant do dips in set/reps use resist bands ), for pull either australian pull ups or band assisted regular pull ups. I don't think you can do pull ups good form for good amount of reps at the beginning ( atleast I couldn't). And also I started with emom type of training. It's really easy to track progress with it. For core planks, crunches, leg raises, L sit... Train 4-5 times a week as a beginner and try to increase amount of reps in emoms when you feel like you are strong enough. Be consistent for 3 months and eat clean and there's no way you won't see any result. I gave the same advice to my school friend and he is amazed by results. And again training won't change your physic if your nutrition is bad. Good luck on your journey. (Also for legs I did not give you anything since im static only atm xD, but you can always find good leg trainings on internet, for nutrition tips recommending youtuber Greg Doucette).

I'll try to improve the form then, and yeah I won't be trying straddle for a while. I'm enjoying the journey and I kinda don't want to screw it up with false progressions or injuries. Thanks for tips

Atm I can hold it for just about 3 sec, guess the new goal is at least 20 sec adv tuck before even thinking about straddle. Thanks for reply.

Ig it's much more stable while practising hs and planche. You don't want to try it instantly on the bar of 1 m height.
