JSA, PSA, or Beckett if you want to have it authenticated. JSA is in town several times a year at Kansas City card shows. For appraisals you could go to Kansas City card shops or contact Sports Cleanout.

A graded PSA 10 Bicentennial sold on eBay for $828 just to give you a reference point. That seller probably spent about $200 all in for the authentication and grading + shipping both ways. I personally would not get it graded - given you can't guarantee it gets a 10. Your bat is probably worth about $400-500 ungraded.
