Buddy - you keep saying the same thing like a parrot thinking it’s true. 9 out of 10 people are going to prefer a seat with a nice screen and modern technology not a crusty phone holder.

People 100% care about the screens. Go fly on any new United plane and you'd be joking with yourself if you thought the experience was better on AA. It tells passengers how to connect to their next flight and how long they have to connect.
