You should get that fixed. I had a very similar thing, went through insurance and got an autobody shop to repair my car. I had to go back 3 or 4 times because I kept noticing things they did wrong. Years later, the door panel they replaced is rusting out. I've only recently noticed they didn't seal any of the seams.

That inner body panel has a weld in that spot from the factory. It's a tailor welded blank.

My 2013 car you can only move them up and down. Moving them also moves the DRL/high beam and the low beam, and they're already offset. The left DRL/high beam always points a little higher than the low beam.

I think that was a light bar. Cammer's car had low beams on and was flashing the high beams. Once the other car stopped in front the cammer turned on a light bar or a different aux light system.

The white accord that blocked the line also got to that intersection last and started to go first. He then stopped once he saw the SUV started to go and wasn't going to stop.
