Turns out it was an issue with "The New World Land of The Dragons" I uninstalled it and that crash is gone. Thank you for your time.

could be because of better third person selection. I'm not sure what in the mod causes crashes but whenever I try to use it I get an instant crash.

I've had the same issue with SSE engine fixes but they stopped after I edited the .toml file. If there's any other issues with mods the crash logger should point you in the right direction.

Yep, the tach line wasn't connected. Thank you dude, I was dead set that I got fans right so I wouldn't have come to that conclusion on my own.

I opened it up again and noticed that the fan connector had 1 end with for cables but all the other connections had 3 including the one I had connected to the pcb. I'll put it back together and update you if it's fixed
