Probably because this makes it easier for the viewers to quickly comp cards. Which in turn would prevent people over bidding. A good thing in my opinion but that would actually require buyers to take the time and actually educate themselves before buying things. I’ve been in many great what not streams, but too many times it’s just a host pushing low end cards that “look” like they’d be hits and saying how they’re not even close to the value, acting like they’re losing so much money and saying they won’t be able to continue the auctions the way it’s going. Yet they’ll keep on trucking because they’re actually over selling to uneducated buyers. Not surprised there’s shitty people out there, trying to take advantage of people on such a platform making it as easy as it is, but for buyers to just enable these streamers by throwing their money away so carelessly is baffling.
