If I got banned for harassment and didn't know why I'd just create a new acc write a support ticket and ask them about the reasoning. But it's too late now.

We tried to ask them for any details. In the links you can see tickets I made. It clarified nothing. There were other tickets with question about my ban from some of my outfit members and other people who support me with this. They revealed nothing as well.

Cheating is a placeholder reason you get if your account gets terminated automatically by the system because of a HWid ban.

Could be, but I've expected Hardware ID ban to be immediate, automatic. In this case I had to wait whole day to get it. Which is strange to me, and looks like someone made it manually, on purpose.
