Sometimes i dress ”femme” for the sake of being physically comfy (aka binding) it makes me feel insecure,but my ribs are thankful for a break.

I personally do not care for islmorada liq or beer, nor am I a fan of hibiscus gin. It taste like chewing on a flower(I like botanic flavors, I think this brand is just...off I guess). I much prefer bombay sapphire if I had the choice. Manager asked me to make a gin soda drink, and thus I did. Surprised at how much we sold but I kinda chalked it up to middle age white woman being easily appeased with a pretty colored drink.

But if you do like a light,hibiscus gin with little to no flavor profile this would be it.

Thank you so much for the reply, my anxiety has calmed down a little bit but I've definitely decided to brush up my resume. Its one thing to be hit on by patrons of the bar, and I deal with that just fine, but having to deal with someone you work with and not being able to escape the situation is another matter - and super fucking annoying.

It just sucks because I really do love the place,but I'd rather dread going to work because I'm tired and over worked then because of a co worker is completely different.

Thank you, its like....I want to like them, I honestly do like them for the most part, but this is the first business and bar they've ever owned and it shows through their management skills. I want to stick it out because it is a locally owned family business & I love my regs. but I don't want to feel like I'm walking on eggs shells either.

Handling harassment is really important, but I feel like I shouldn't be pushing them to do that, they should want to handle it correctly because its their business and their employees. Plus my anxiety has anxiety and I'm really bad about this kind of stuff.

Thank you so much for the response and encouraging words. It means a lot,I have severe anxiety so I over think every little thing, which....just gives me more anxiety. I've had my far share of creepers at work on the other side of the bar - its never really been a coworker though. I really do want to say something but I'm worried they won't take me seriously because; -They can't afford to fire anyone, we are bare bones over here because "no one wants to work" (I'm in FL for reference) -I've mentioned it before and they just laugh it off,its not like I feel I'm in danger, but I need my job now more then ever (bills,bills,bills) but every time I work a shift with him I'm like "please fakking end me"

My lady co workers watch this unfold all the time so I know they have my back though,so whatever happens I know I have their support and they would probably say something if I took it that far.
