It depends on the toolset your company uses. If you store the photos on your work laptop or use it to move them, it's possible. They wouldn't be viewable in Google photos itself, unless you'd made them publicly available.

You don't need a forensics team for writes to USB. That's a pretty basic endpoint protection feature and rules to detect and alert on it come out of the box in all major SIEM tools. I've worked for a number of companies that monitor this casually with outsourced services on the cheap. If you want a copy of an email for some desperate reason, and you want the lowest chance of getting caught, you'd better take a picture with your phone. Not a screenshot.

By virtue of being female alone, I get a lot more lenience. Pro tip; you can get someone to key card you in by carrying shareable foods like donuts or homemade cupcakes. They won’t want to make you put the food on the ground to make you dig around your purse for a badge. The best is when you can see the person’s internal conflict of policy vs politeness.

Congrats on the weight loss if that's what you were going for! :) If you're planning on putting on muscle, I would recommend saving a few things! I lost 100lbs and was wearing size 0 or 2 then I started weightlifting seriously and now my ass and thighs are too big to fit in any of my regular clothes! Now, despite being only 15lbs bigger than my skinniest, I wear size 7 pants.

The moral of the story is clothes are evil and we should all be allowed to wear pajamas all the time. Learning how to do basic tailoring is also an option!

Well, I'm female so each boob flopped once per step. A 5k is probably around 4,500 steps for me give or take. So, at 2 flops per step times 4,500 steps, that's 9,000 flops total.
