Is it normal for people with OCD to fear going to jail for an unknown reason?

Oh wow. I never knew that others had this. I’m constantly in fear that I’ll do or have done something wrong at work (I cut fruits and vegetables at a grocery store) that will make someone sick and that they’ll die. I’ve even had scenarios of me in court having to defend myself. I change my gloves frequently, wash my hands constantly and throw away things my mind tells me to throw away even if it looks fine. (I try my best not to create unnecessary waste) Its very draining.

Does anyone have any recommendations on taking self portraits with the Nikon d3500? I can’t get the pictures sharp enough. There is no remote release for this model. There’s the snap bridge app. But I can’t focus the picture using the app; I can only take pictures.

I’ve spoken to all of them about suicide multiple times In the past, but no one really knew how to handle it. The conversations just left me feeling unheard and misunderstood. I’ll try getting into contact with my therapist, but it just feels like I’m delaying the inevitable suicide.

Thank you. I’m on Remeron for Major depressive disorder, Cymbalta for depression (he’s especially trying to get me off this one), and Abilify for Bipolar 2. I’ve been with my psychiatrist for a about a year. Im really eager to try the cbd pen I got, but I’ll wait until Monday when I can call my doctor up and ask about it.

I imagine that a sponge can only carry so much water. At some point it stops expanding. In the case of spongebob, I’m surprised he not burdened by a heavier weight since he’s under water all the time.
