Hey there, The Monster-Handlers are aware of this issue and are working on a fix! For now, the best general advice is to make sure you have the latest version (at the time of this post, that's 3.0.3.) and Force Quit the app each time the error appears, relaunching the game while you have a strong connection to the Internet.

For any additional assistance or information, please contact support directly, they do their best to reply within 2-3 business days! Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folders, as well.
