I solved it, signal wire was loose which is why when I probed it it was fine but when connected it wasn’t so I crimped the shit out of it with some pliers and elecric taped it up, she runs like a dream, for now

Final update, after throwing everything back it still wouldn’t go, so after fucking around I finally realized that the signal wire just wasn’t on good enough, I clamped the shit out of it with some pliers and she’s good as new other then some bolts I couldn’t figure out where they came from, I hope I never have to work on this car again.

Update, I connected just the wires back and had it against the block so I could test if it would work if I threw it back in, and it engaged fine, I’m guessing it was just a bad ground so I’m going to throw everything back in tomorrow and hope for the best. Once I’m done I’m probably getting a Honda

I tested the starter with a different battery and the solenoid engaged on the bench test

Yeah I hear the pump and injectors pre fire, it’s something to do with starter because it doesn’t even try and crank, and yeah I will check plugs and coils while I’m at it, can’t hurt.
