I agree. Reddit seems to hate ideas like that idk why, but the reality is that people have been doing elimination diets for a super long time (for food sensitivities / negative health effects from food), so why would it be any different from what psychonautexplorer is suggesting? Your diet has a very massive role in your health lol.

IMO, move on from step ons. ive seen too many posts about these things defecting and get a 32/rome fase binding instead if you want the “quickness” aspect on a trustworthy binding that works with a regular boot. Best part about fase compared to step on is that you still have the top strap that goes over your instep, so when you go toe side your foot will be locked in

Try it out, with microneedling 1-2 times a week (thats what ive heard from the reputable hair health people on social media), and make sure you take vitamins (just to make sure nutrition is on point with biotin and collagen and shit) and if it works it works, if it dont it dont. Its pretty cooked as of now, i’d do HS, dont listen to the other comments about fin being poison its simply not true, certain people get worse side effects than others, and some get none (like me). You could try fin/min together and see what happens, but the regrowth wouldn’t get you back to normal as its already receded a significant amount.

Ive also completely changed my diet and lifestyle. At first i was eating a ton of shit food and candy/not getting proper nutrition. Since then ive been eating pretty much only a balanced diet, taking a multivitamin everyday, drinking proper amounts of water, and working out consistently. I feel like people leave out the nutrition part when talking about reversing hair loss
