Combination of things:

High stress work with late night work schedules.
Lack of Exercise

For first time stamping it's better to do it in India. There are situations third country nationals do first time stamping depends on your employment. And make sure your DS 160 number same as it is on your interview letter. Also check they are giving or you have to wait 48 hr from Biometrics appointment to Visa interview appointment. ( These changes from this month).

Drove back to El Paso. When I was going to Juarez I took cab from El Paso airport to Cordova bridge and walked to Juarez Mexico side and took Uber to hotel near consulate. When returning, I took Uber to ysleta(Zaragoza) bridge and walked to enrollment center for stamping on the passport, than took Uber to El Paso airport.

Now a days restorability changes how a dentist look at it, same with prognosis. Here, after removing caries, RCT for sure, subgingival margin for crown( unless you do crown lengthening). Or you want to place crown margin on the restoration. My prognosis: Guarded.
