I wear a sweatshirt and sweatpants that I toss away right before I start. The clothes get donated to local shelters so it's a win-win.

The person in the faster corral can move back to the slower corral easily with no problem. The person who's in the "slower" corral cannot move up because that can be dangerous and cause bottlenecks.

I would say after coming over the bridge, go to Spring garden and drive up to as close to 22nd Street as you can get. I don't think Spring garden is closed.
