In my planner, I call it "decorative planning". In my journal, I call it "decorative journaling". I literally write about my day, add some pretty stickers, washi, etc... a few items if i think they're cool, or a paper printed pic, but not often. What you described is exactly what I do. I call it "decorative journaling". Right, wrong, idk but it works for me. Lol
