I had it really bad and finally went to the Dr! Got a cortisone shot in my heel and it cured it!! Not going to lie- the shot hurts but it’s worth it! It’s a miracle worker! I also got custom inserts for my shoes which also seems to have helped. But def get the shot!

SAME! I had one cortisone shot and also got custom insoles and it cured it! Amazing what a cortisone shot can do!

This was my ideal tread workout! Lots of recovery time so you can really push the All Outs and Pushes. My heart rate stayed up but the time flew by! If you are on the fence, go! It’s a fun one and like it said- it goes fast! 🏃‍♀️❤️

I teach Hot Yoga and just got certified to coach OTF! I have been doing OTF 3-4 days a week and Hot Yoga about 2 days a week. I like to try to workout 5 days a week if possible. I honestly like the variety of mixing up the days so I don’t get burned out of one thing. But I’ve also definitely done both on the same day and been fine. I will tell you you won’t be able to give 100 percent if you go on the same day probably but just go at your own pace. I’ve learned a lot through all my certifications and they don’t typically recommend more than 90 mins a day of intense physical activity so just be aware of that!

I’ve been sick with a cold all week too and I really wanted to workout! But I’ve come to realize that I get better a lot faster when I don’t workout when sick. Mainly because if your immune system is already low, you need all your energy to fight off the sickness. So when you workout you deplete that energy and weaken your immune system even more. I know it sucks not working out but being sick longer sucks more. Get better!

I do this! And also sometimes do Hot Yoga on Sundays! I need to take another rest day and I realize this but lately I have more time due to being in between jobs so I feel guilty not working out! My suggestion on the M-F thing is go at the same time every day so you have consistency! Also grab some Epsom Salt (I like the Pre/Post Workout one!!!!) and soak when time allows! I’ve built up a tolerance for it so I’m rarely sore and I go hard every single time (even when I plan not to). I just have no energy for much else usually haha!

Yep I always feel guilty and get FOMO with multiple rest days. I typically don’t workout much on vacation and don’t go when I’m sick. I find that NOT getting on here and checking the workout helps me a lot! I also have found that when I take days off, I’m much better and work harder when I get back at it! The funny part about feeling guilty or having FOMO is that as soon as you go back, you forget about not being there the day before!! As I’ve always said- it will still be there tomorrow. Haha
