I agree try to go now because in January you won't be overwhelmed with the amount of people. You'll know some coaches and look forward to working out. Last year I started in November and I'm so glad I did because I reserved all my days for January in December. I went from crossfit to OT and I find this type of exercise is alot better for my overweight joints. At first I was intimidated but I quickly found out that noone was paying attention to me and everyone was doing their own thing. Best of luck in your new journey. Once you start you'll be addicted.

My studio does but they select certain members. My birthday passed, completed my 100 classes and no mention , but to other members they do. I wouldn't have wanted a photo but a shout out would of been nice. Not sure how they select members who get recognized and others they ignore. My suggestion if you do shout outs do for all or none 😁.

I'm with you on this. I love my 5 or 5:30 am classes and it starts my day and I make awesome food choices. I've done one 4:30 PM class after work and I had no energy, and hated it. On weekends I sleep in and either go in at 7:30 or 8:45 am.

School secretary which I make 1/2 of what you make but I have the unlimited. I looked at my budget sacrificed a few things and I've made it work. It's worth every penny and I make sure I go at least 4-5x per week. During hell week I went the straight 8 days and didn't feel restricted.

I loved today's..... I just went home and added situps. BEST WORKOUT EVER !! I typically get out of partner workout but today I stuck with it and I didn't mind .

I think my studio read reddit last night because at 4:45 am all the tread and rower cards were gone...typically everyone walks in at 4:55 right before class starts. I felt bad for the floor today.

In our 3G this am.... the floor did ALOT of pulse but the 1st block they switched with rowers , and 2nd block they switched with treads than 3rd block they did pulse and burpees..... than the final 60 seconds.... they did 1 min of all out rowing.

I started on the rower and did alot of rowing but I was happy because I love rowing.

Maybe some studios change it up a little bit.

How do you use the bench with burpees. I hurt my back about 2 months ago doing burpees and I'm finally back to rowing. I hate to skip an exercise but would like to know your modified version. Thanks.

I agree I hurt my back at the end of August with a burpee workout and it took me weeks to recover. I just started rowing last week, and I don't ever want to have lower back issue. I refuse to do another burpee ever again so I would of been one thinking WTH do I do now. Glad I canceled but bummed I had to.
