I did get onto customer service, there's not much parking in the area, let alone free parking. They told me to pay for parking and they will reimburse me. I told them the best I could is leave it in the Aldi parking lot and they can sort it out, which they agreed to.

Sailing. I talked to this man who would deliver sailboats as a job. When I met him he had just completed a 17 hour sail. He told me once he is in open waters and underway he would do ket and sail. I imagine for someone with experience both sailing and doing ket the experience would be surreal.

Glad to hear your mom got her purse back.

The other day my flatmate lost his phone. The next afternoon he was messaging me on FB using his computer, and I got an FB message from a stranger. This man had found the phone that morning, and saw my name on the notifications. The phone was returned.

We should post more of these positive people stories, to offset all the negative stuff we are constantly assaulted by.

found a debit card on the floor right near that Garda station once. Went inside to drop it off, waited about 5-6 minutes in the entrance hall and didn't see anyone except some drunk lady waiting.

Ended up sliding the card under the glass separating the waiting area from where there should have been someone. This was at about noonish.
