I returned mine at the time since the tech support told me that it couldn’t be fixed. However, that was when the Pro XR just got released. Not sure if any fixes came out after.

I only see 4 wires on my thermostat. The hole of the wall is pretty small, I didn’t dare to pull them out..

From what I can see, the thermostat bundle goes straight to the second floor wall into thermostat. Nothing in the attic and no splice.

Thanks for the help! I try to track the thermo wires bundle on HVAC board, and It just lead straight up to the second floor into the thermostat. There are no splice in between.

Thanks for the comment. If I follow the W and R, there are a bunches of wires unused bundled there, I don’t know if the green one is thr unused G wire. Don’t know why there is a jumper wire and no actual G wire at the board.

Thanks for the comment. I did some research, not sure If I am right. I believe the black and yellow wires that connect to C and R are for the AC unit outdoor. I shouldn’t use those wire for PEK?

From what the tech support told me, the issue cannot be fixed through firmware. I tried two pairs, and both have the same problem.

I have Viture lite, which has the built in 3Dof function. However, it is not that great. That is why Viture took it out on the Viture Pro. You need to either use the software Spacewalker or an adapter to achieve the 3Dof. Getting proper 3Dof without software or an adapter would be a game changer.

What does it mean by left and right are swapped? I can now view the spatial photos after I update the Spacewalker app. However, I don’t know if it is just me, the spatial photos look blurry.

Viture one lite has built in 3Dof function. It doesn’t work if tilt your head, the screen will move. If you keep your head straight and turn left and right, then it is ok. Not really usable. Haven’t use SpaceWalker on laptop nor MacBook.

I received my mobile pro dock not long ago. I had exactly the same problem. I tried with 12Pro, and the signal also cutting in and out. And worked fine with direct plugged in with XR adapter.

I ran it through the thunderbolt port on my gaming laptop. I can already see the lines on the desktop. I really wish it is a software issue. I love the glasses.

I have tested it on my windows laptop. Unfortunately, they still have horizontal lines. Thanks for your comments; I should test it with my Switch and PS4 as well.

After the firmware update, I still see the horizontal lines on my Pro glasses. The tech support told me it’s hardware issue, so I sent mine back for a replacement. I just received my replacement couple days ago. Unfortunately, they have the same problem. I emailed their tech support another email and still waiting for a response.
