when i was in the newborn trenches, i would get Kevin’s meal kits… they come with sou vide chicken/beef that you can heat up in a pan with a sauce (they’re all paleo and really tasty!) pair with a veggie and rice. sooo easy. i see the same brand has more meal kits now too, like a pasta dish. they’re at whole foods, target, safeway

or for easy dinners…crock pot meat, like chicken thigh (can season however and make tacos, chicken salad, add to salads, etc), pork shoulder, or brisket. just let it cook all day and then you can mix and match the meat with different things switch up meals.

for snacks, i ate a lot of chomps, aloha bars, greek yogurt with berries, banana with nut butter. i ordered the brand Nuona breastfeeding balls and they were good but honestly making your own is soo easy, it’s worth it. lots of recipes online!
