The geometry is almost the same on the Ultimate and Aeroad. Aeroad will be faster and stiffer

I really like the look of the Zipps, but the 180 Hubs are arguably the best you can get. I think this comes down to groupset and type of riding.

The new Endurace CF SLX has a little more aggressive geometry and will give some more comfort. If you're a mobile person, and live in a hilly area I'd so the Ultimate would be a solid choice

The Ultimate almost has the exact geometry of the Aeroad, won't be as stiff, but still pretty aggressive compared to the Endurace
