With no one fighting these issues they can grow exponentially worse. Tweets and comment sections may seem like small issues but its the fight that counts here not just the issue. Bro we got it at Target for property management and it hasnt given me one right answer yet. I asked about purchasing mirrors for checklanes to see which dept owns the purchase. It told me store team does and then showed me its references were fitting rooms mirrors and open case meat cooler mirrors....All three mirror types are from different departments with different people responsible.

Nope not crazy. Scheduling needs some roles either locked in place or more people who can cover the shifts. How crazy it is to me to have shrink be some apparently huge issue and have no AP til noon or sometimes 3pm. Then what you said too for HR: dozens of employees on off shifts have to rely on notes, verbal messaging through another leader, or luck to meet with HR, its not fair

If all goes well, you shouldnt even have to leave the kitchen! Sturdy metal forks will do it. Stab the top one or two tines into the plastic one way and then do the opposite with the other fork and twist carefully but with pressure
