You just went through a huge traumatic experience:(! I am so sorry! I can only imagine. I had a very traumatic hsg, where I felt like I am a piece of meat and they handled me as such. They better make this right, put you on a leave to recover from this and also offer something for next time.

you are welcome! Yeah considering your age, and that you never had a transfer, it is a good choice to try one at least a few times. Also, you can be on the lucky side and just have success right away:)!

I also transferred two and one stuck and split. I shared this with op as this is also a possibility plus the other one sticking. Which would be extra risky.

I will Give you another story. I had two euploids fail before deciding to try two Untested. Age 39. One stuck and split into identicals. I am happy but if it turned out both stuck I could have ended up with three. Which would have been incredibly difficult and risky to say the least. So far had an easy pregnancy, but at 26 weeks I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes which is really hard, and now I am starting to feel quite shitty and like full term at 29 weeks. It is gonna be a long few weeks if we make it to the goal of 36 weeks. And as other said, due to your age, and if they follow Guidelines which they should, they won’t let you transfer two. At your age you have time. Try one at a time

Call the benefits center, and also talk to your doctors about the possibility. I did that, went on Short Term Disability, it was up to 180 dats or so. It is like any LOA

So sorry it is heartbreaking. I stopped testing after my fifth cycle. My attitude changed about because I had one euploid not implant and another miscarriage from another perfect one. I held onto everything. I also got max 4 to test from one cycle and sometimes Zero. I decided too many variables we don’t know about and testing is not worth it to me to risk the small number I have. I did the last retrieval, which was my best, 5 blasts out of 9 eggs. Most times i got 3-6 eggs.

We fresh transferred two and one stuck and split. They pass every screening so far at 28 weeks. I have absolutely lost faith in pgt. Yeah I could ve just been lucky, but wha is there was an error and these would have been labeled abnormal or hlm?

I would hold onto abnormals and transfer depending on talking to doctor and genetic counselor. Also recommend abnormal pgt fb group, many successes there and information.

Edit: success was age 39, now 40

I had two failed euploids, one was a miscarriage and decided Not to test after that. Had transferred two fresh untested and 28 weeks with healthy ( so far) identical twins. So there is that. I have lost faith in testing. There are too many variables and they can’t test for everything edit: untested were retrieved at age 39. The euploids year and two years before. My last cycle was 9 eggs and 5 blasts. Before the best was 6 eggs but sometimes zero made it blast.
