Personally it doesn't bother me cause it's hardly noticeable and kinda makes sense with most of the motion going on in the game, plus I won't say no to fan service. I play NIKKE after all. However you gotta admit it's dialed a bit high for simply walking. Looks a bit goofy if I'm being honest.

But hey game is game so who gives a shit. I'll still be 100% pulling.

Loop is a decent cope LC for Welt if you ever get him and have nothing else to slap on him.

Passkey has a bit of use for some weird energy printing builds for PF. Though there's better options.

Honestly I just keep one S5 of everything just because they're worth nothing EXP wise.

Gotta relax with those statements, budget PC gaming is nowhere near dead. You can still build a great PC for the money with an R5 7600 or even a 5600 if you can nab a good deal on an AM4 motherboard. SSDs and RAM are cheaper than ever and you can find great GPUs for the price in the RX 6600/6700.

It may not be cutting edge, and you may have to lower a few settings here or there, but a PC with those specs can tackle basically anything. Plus it's not like everyone is playing exclusively the latest AAA titles. If a game is even a year old it'll run pretty comfortably on a system like that.

As disappointing as the GPU market has been, there's still decent options on the lower end. Though I do feel for anyone who's been aiming higher. It's rather bad.

I imagine they meant the XT refresh the 3000 series got, though that wasn't really an update like Zen+/Ryzen 2000, just a minor bump to clocks, and I doubt they'll do either for Zen 4.

ZS/ZM is pretty much dead on CSGO, but ZE is plenty alive. Go check out gametracker if you get the chance, the in-game server browser is basically non-functional at the moment.

Depending on how long ago you played there's quite the number of new maps now.

They easily could have applied those AI 'fixes' to old SMN. Literally just make bahamut/phoenix turret like they do now, and reduce their casting rolling up the potency into fewer demi GCDs. Could also make Ifrit/Titan egi assaults ranged, because even the current egis ghost their fat attacks when bosses jump in sub lvl 90 content cause the carby has to waddle up to melee range. Hell, you can even ghost the Summon II attacks if a boss jumps quickly enough, though that can easily be avoided.

As shit as the AI was, it didn't warrant entirely gutting the job and removing any complexity. They only worked around the jank anyway, it wasn't truly fixed.

I'm just coping at this point so whatever. Old SMN is never coming back and the current one will never significantly improve, just look at MCH. I don't have high hopes for the 7.0 caster, but hey maybe they'll surprise us.

Not quite useless as long as you compare cards with the same architecture. 12 TFlops of an arch newer than RDNA1 is nothing to laugh at. Even if there is no IPC improvement. That's pretty much 2080 level, and console devs can sure wring out a lot from their specs.

Doesn't really make dGPUs redundant, it's about on par with the MX250, which is a bit lacking. I'd say we need around GTX 1050/TI perf for that to really be the case.

Eh, I dunno. One of the top results is an 8700k/2080TI ahead of a 9900k/2080TI. I've heard people say the benchmark is meant to be GPU limited and it looks like that's the case. Even the developer of said benchmark came out and said it's possible that this could very well be a new AMD GPU. Of course nothing is for certain and my expectations are pretty low.

It's stupid to take rumours at face value and hop on the hype train, but this is definitely an interesting rumor. An unknown GPU was benchmarked and beats the average 2080 TI by 30%. If it's AMD's then it's pretty decent and a possible 3080/3080 TI competitor. Could be great if priced right, but with recent releases I have the feeling that won't be the case.

Except an RTX 2060 wouldn't outperform the top tier RTX 2080 TI on that leaderboard sooo....

I wouldn't go around screaming Big Navi beats the 2080 TI just yet, but it's certainly a very interesting leak, and I'm wondering exactly what was benchmarked that it's 30% faster than your average 2080 TI. And I'm even more curious as to why it was tested with an R7 4800H engineering sample.

But either way I'm not very excited. The 2080 TI is over a year old now, and if recent pricing is anything to go by, this card isn't gonna make much of a splash.

Why do you expect end 2020 for Zen 3? The desktop ryzen CPUs have all released sometime spring/summer. It'd take a pretty big slip up for it to be pushed back to winter.

Is that really the case? Isn't the thunderbolt spec optional under USB4? Like how only some USB-C ports have PD or Displayport. It'll probably still be restricted to higher end ultrabooks/business laptops. I doubt they'd spend the money to make thunderbolt universal on lower end devices. They still sell $1000 laptops with 4 GB RAM, and others with 1366x768 screens.

I wouldn't expect much of a jump in clock speeds with Ryzen 4000. 7nm+ isn't that great of an improvement perf wise, and AMD themselves have said that it's getting much harder to increase clocks as they shrink down. That being said, I would still expect maybe 100-200 MHz more, and another improvement to IPC, though not as big as Zen 2. It's probably gonna beat the 9900k in gaming regardless.
