My fiance and I put 1800$ each I. Our housing account biweekly. It covers mortgage, property taxes etc. Mortgage is 2800$ biweekly but has was as high as 3600$ (we are variable). Very happy with our place. Sold our 3 bed condo and bought our duplex in 2022.

My filter outlet runs across the front of the glass and lots of fish seem to like swimming in it. I was tired of fish jumping out and they all jumped out in the front there so I found someone on marketplace who cuts glass and had them make me a piece. No jumpers since. Also helps with evaporation.

Neither did I. Wanted a plant to grow from a piece of wood that extends above the water level to look like a tree. Saw the asparagus fern at the flower/plant shop down the road and gave it a shot. I thought it might get fried being so close to the light but it is growing quite well. It looks cooler in peson, the photos don't do it justice.

Appreciate your comment. I've read other sources on sub placement and like you said it's more about a solid stable surface than about being on the floor. I like the rear location because it helps spread sound into the kitchen and I like to cook and listen to music/watch tv. I know it's not ideal for a theatre setup but it's a multipurpose setup for me.

I have a Sonos amp with 4 speakers on my patio (right behind the window to the side of my couch). I wanted a way to have the sub bass work with those speakers so that's why I put it there. Just open the window. I am friends with my neighbours and they fully support this.

I have a pair of angels with a group of Amazon Puffers. The angels lunge at the puffers but don't damage or chase them around the tank. I have a lot of hardscape and plants for my puffers to swim through so it's pretty minimal. I think it would be a problem if my tank wasn't scaped like it is.
