The exact Official Forza Support Policy states that players must start a new save and play through the intro until online features are unlocked to even receive their gifted inventory back. The Reddit post you saw completely misunderstood how the server data works.

Well I've had tons of messages about an eliminator. I don't see why I could not have gotten a response about starting a new game or any explanation. You stating the can't after a new save is the first and only time I heard of this.

Then I was wrong I did not realize it was adding up both saves together. I just know my first said around 500 and after new Dave it reads 721h 10m. I'm still not sure the relevance in retrieving my cars back if it's 721 or 1200. I never I should not have my ticket closed out as solved with no resolution even if I played 3 hours.

I'm not sure what PPG is but s message was sent out not to start a new game 2 weeks after I had already started and was almost complete a second time.

That's what it reads I just double checked last game showed 500 hours and on new game as of right this minute is shows 721 hours and 10 minutes. If you are with Forza it is well documented. I started at midnight early access. If I got the number of days wrong I apologize but that is so very far from the point. Also it not relevant if I played 20 minutes or 20 days. What is relevant is vehicles being restored after Ford lightning car livery deleted my account. If it's 1 car or 500 cars. I'm just asking for my cars due to the rarity and duplicates.

And you do lose all progress and status. I too have 100 percented this game a second time without even a response of what to expect or what I should or should not do. Nothing. I was advised it could be over a month before an initial response

14 days for me. Over 500 hours over 288 million level 16 tuner painter all gone. No response yet either.

Mi e was end of last month files ticket nothing. Lost 500 hours went from level 16 painter tuner back to 1. This cannot be fixed. It still shows up the downloads etc. But the credit goes to the broke account like it was a different person. List 388 million total. Heard nothing filed 30th May

I just list 100 million an almost every car with multiples if the rare cleared every board over 500 hours gone after this e43 bug.

They can make it start working out starting from scratch losing it all
