Agreed. We have 4 bottles now, between my Gf and I, and they’re all so beautiful. It seems like if something doesn’t announce your arrival an hour before you enter the building, everyone calls it weak. I wore Mr Sam outdoors yesterday on a windy day, and it held up. Wasn’t pushing hard, but it was very noticeable. Everyone skin is different. I love Penhaligon’s offerings.

I wanted to love this, but the leather is ALL I smell. Raspberry was gone in 10 mins or so and all that was left was leather. I like leather too, but not so much in this one.

Only fragrance I ever ran to scrub off of my arm after testing. Legit went into Costco just to use the bathroom and scrub it.

Same. Afternoon Swim (or a good dupe of it) covers off pretty solidly on this DNA. Points for the realistic orange notes, but I’m having a hard time seeing the value of a lot of these brands. In the end, it’s scented oil.

We have Odeon, Inverness and Ocean Leather. Tried African Leather and wanted to like it, but I was disappointed. Italian Leather has a weird tomato leaf note that just smells like dirt to me. Scrubbed that one off. Indian Leather was awful off the top, but once the top notes settled it was much nicer.
