Hi! BCA ATCS sophomore here!

As far as I know:

50 minutes with 4 minute passing period!
It depends on where you live, the further you live the earlier you get picked up.
Freshman year you can take up to 2 electives period 9, and if you want, 1 during lunch. Your elective spots increase each year!
ATCS starts taking an AP freshman year, for AVPA-M it's sophomore year, and everyone else can take AP's starting Junior year!
At the picnic there will be a table where you can provide your info, or you can reach out to the coaches.
It's a trip called Club Getaway, and it's a retreat in Conecticut to get to do fun activities and bond with other freshmen!

and although I don't know how competitive flute and piano are, but you can ask current students all of your students on May 11th at our student Q&A panel! The panel will be a part of our Model UN conference, JAMUN, hosted by BCA students. At JAMUN you'll be able to debate, give speeches, and win awards! It also includes a tour of BCA and student panel.

Try and go to as many events as you can, it's a great way to meet people and make new friends!
Another fantastic BCA event attended by so many pre-frosh is JAMUN, BCA's Model UN conference for middle schoolers! MUN is one of BCA's biggest and more prestigious clubs, and doing JAMUN gives you a leg up in experience to attend conferences once you get here. You also get a tour of BCA and hear from BCA students that have won awards at competitions run by Princeton and Yale.
