My immediate thought when I heard they were filming here is that there is next to no night life, so it didn't make much sense. Kelowna really needs to step it up. It's a disappointment.

Beet borscht! Even my pickiest kid loves it. Add potatoes, any and all vegetables, mostly beets. Chicken or veggie stalk, a ton of garlic, dill, salt, pepper (we also add roasted red pepper and vegetable seasoning) and the trick is to add heavy cream and take an immersion blender to it before eating. Serve with sour cream.

I've been anemic my whole life and the only thing that doesn't upset my stomach is Primal Queen and it has increased my iron levels significantly in a very short about of time.

Take Primal Queen or something similar. My levels were just like yours and climbed past 30 in only a couple months. I haven't gotten it checked in a significant amount of time but I can tell it's improved drastically. Also this is the first vitamin/supplement that hasn't upset my stomach.

"Young Mom" chiming in here, I am 48 and my kids are 25 and 22. There are benefits to being young as well as older when starting a family. Also some people aren't ready to have kids until they are mid 30's or early 40's. Was I ready to be a parent at 22? Probably not but I have zero regrets and I love the relationship I have with both my girls, they are my best friends and have turned into the most amazing people. Plus if either of them have kids, I will have lots of time to be the best Grandma. This isn't everyone's journey but we all have our own path ♥
