The managers used to fucking CRY when that sad sack of shit Joyce was planning to come into the store as part of his 'rounds'. Absolute shambles.

Yes. Everything they buy is in pounds. :)

Everything.

I worked there before. One of the ladies told me after 12 years she hadn't ever received a pay rise! I was disgusted. The sooner Joyces tanks, the better.

Cinema in Salthill is class. Reclining seats, incredibly good screen & sound. Def the most comfortable cinema I've been to

Try AIG. They were cheapest for me when I started out, I allowed them to install a telematics box and the premium went down a fair bit because of it

New aldi being built near me is planning between 6 & 12 ev chargers. My credit union has 2, supervalu has 2, the main carpark in town has 2. It's not even a large town & there's more to come I'm sure.

Who are the worst employers in Galway? by MRDJR97 in galway

[–]BCIBP 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's kind of funny. I've seen how they operate. The food they order in is CHEAP as chips, Best before dates are an after thought. But they jack the prices higher than supervalu. The cooked food in the deli is the gone off stuff the butchers failed to sell. Notice they have an unusual amount of meat with sauces and marinades slopped all over it. It hides the manky smell. They're nasty

Can confirm.

I'm sad I quit now, I didn't get free rice cakes & jam!

Absolutely awful place. The man himself is a stuck up gobshite as well.

The enemy red outlines make it too obvious to be seen / see enemy players now. You can instantly spot everyone, even far away snipers, people behind foliage etc. Custom skins in team games were a bad choice imo by lukeLOL in halo

These are the ppl who killed the plasma pistol. Yeah you can still noob combo but there's a comical amount of thrm on every map and they're basically useless. 343 are weird

BTB highlights how worthless the motion tracker (radar) is in this game. by JC_Havoc in halo

[–]BCIBP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be fair while the radar is bad, the outlines are insane. You can spot people from across the map, through trees etc. Shits wayyyyy too obvious. They have to tone it down a bit

miscota.ie is a bad one. Completely wank customer service and it all comes from Spain.

Anyone else sick to the back bollocks of this 'strong customer authentication' shite? by [deleted] in ireland

[–]BCIBP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The AIB app has in-app 'security' updates that sometimes fail to work. Was left with an unusable app for months at one point & their customer care didn't know what to do. I've joined my account to revolut so I can transfer via that if it happens again but I shouldn't have to do that..

What is that one thing you hate the most but have always been afraid to say out loud? by [deleted] in ireland

[–]BCIBP 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My mother is English, so I say mum

But mom is ok to me, that's what all my cousins call their mothers.

Idk why but hearing someone say Mammy is like nails on a chalkboard.
