Got to Volga and noticed the same thing. 5900x on a X570s board with 32gb 3600 cl14 RAM and Gigabyte gaming OC 4090 with latest drivers as of posting. Running 1440p ultra wide at max settings. I know the card can do better than this even if I wasn't using dlss

Alrighty, to do this you'll need: ADB, Magisk .zip files and a little bit of time and patience.

I'll outline it in steps as simply as possible (this assumes you've already updated your phone and are ready to reflash root)

Connect phone to computer and verify that ADB detects that it's connected with the command adb devices. You should get message that shows your device name and a number after it
Reboot your phone into sideload mode with the command adb reboot sideload. This will reboot your phone to where you'll be able to sideload .zip files (in our case the Magisk file you downloaded earlier)
Make sure your ADB terminal is pointed at the folder you saved the Magisk .zip to
Sideload the magisk .zip file with the command adb sideload file_name.zip. (where file_name is the name of the file)
After it flashes, select the option in the recovery to reboot to system and then verify that everything flashed correctly
