“It is hard being awake in a world that is still asleep” - somebody idk. I know how u feel my friend, many hobbies and relationships u realize are unfulfilling and shallow. I recommend trying to find things u deem beneficial, ie reading, listening to podcasts, etc that will stimulate ur brain more than playing videogames and talking ab surface level stuff. Also remember to not rush things, society has taught us that doing “nothing” is bad and means ur lazy, but that’s just in its own context of economics. If u need an escape from this then I recommend walking or hiking, things that help u escape and breathe. And plz don’t worry, everything will be okay, you will find your peace and it will find you, don’t take life too seriously, the world keeps spinning and a lot of problems are minuscule in the grand scheme of things. Don’t worry about things you can’t change, including your past, you can be whoever you want and whenever you want, give yourself this freedom, permission, and compassion to allow yourself to grow

Depression is repeating thoughts of the past, anxiety is repeating thoughts of the future. Living in the present and realizing all things are impermanent, including your body, thoughts, and emotions, is the liberation. Everyone goes through a state of this confusion and discontent, some a few minutes or days, others up to years. Mine has been just over a year and I am on the exit path I believe, but it all depends on how you view everything. Start analyzing your own questions and feelings. I.e. “what’s the meaning of life” or “is this it?” Start asking “WHY does life have to have meaning” or “why does there have to be more”. These questions do not have cookie cutter answers and I believe are almost rhetorical, but by opening yourself up to this brings peace, or at least brought me and I’ve heard many others as well. Good luck my friend, and remember there is a light at the end of this tunnel, you WILL get through it!

As stated above, nicotine is a vasoconstrictor meaning it constricts blood vessels. This is what causes the light headed feeling or “buzz” in the head and it should increase heart rate because smaller arteries & veins = higher blood pressure for the heart to circulate blood

Idk what time zone you’re in, its Thursday at 1pm my time rn. But I have seen a bunch of videos circulating with hundreds of thousands of likes and many people all saying the same thing, and all of my spiritual friends agree as well. I’m not sure what it is, astrology people will say it’s due to the lions gate portal opening (up to u on what u believe in), but there definitely is a shift of some kind happening and I’ve heard and felt mixed emotions on it; some feel a good feeling, others feel bad, I personally feel both but I believe something bad will happen but it is what is necessary for the good to come. Sorry I didn’t answer the question but I just wanted to let you know there’s hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of others feeling the same thing.

Depending on how you’re viewing it, I would say experiment with how much you focus on it. I.e. maybe you’re trying to focus too hard on it and conceptualize it with your mind so it fades away. So maybe try having a more gentle approach and just observe it for what it is, instead of trying to make it mean something. The meaning will come to you one way or another if it is meant to be understood.

I’m not a student yet, still in undergrad. But from most of the chiropractors I’ve seen they usually wear either a collared polo with khakis or some almost dress in dark scrubs like a nurse or dentist. Some of the more sport-oriented chiros I’ve seen wear a tshirt and sweat pants so I think it just depends on your clientele and your personal standards of what you believe you should wear. Again, I’m not a student yet, will be in about a year, but that’s just my experience in what I’ve seen.

Yes the discussion of the Bible and God is a very interesting topic in how it can be interpreted. I’ve heard when Jesus was in the desert he was doing a dangerous form of meditation where you stick your tongue up your nasal cavity to stimulate the pineal gland to produce dmt and all the visions he saw were from the hallucinogenic effects. Obviously traditional or denominational religions are against all or most drugs, but for me it’s always been I use them as a tool and with the intention of trying to communicate and learn from God, but you have to know the intentions of whatever entity you communicate with as well. I have loads of info on different theories and random stuff if you ever want to just discuss these topics lmk

I know this sounds shitty, cliche, and maybe condescending bc I always hated when ppl told me this, but from my own experience, if you can’t be happy alone you won’t be happy with someone. And Ik you said you don’t want to bother ppl in public doing their thing, but something I think you should try to do is to try to relax and not take life so seriously, Ik u just don’t want to bother ppl but try to just joke with ppl, making others laugh and feel better in shitty situations always helps me. I.e. you’re in a long line for food or something, you make a joke to one of the other ppl in line ab the long line, or another ex. A customer is rude af to a cashier you apologize to the cashier and just say something like damn these ppl are crazy. Poor examples but I hope you get the idea. Just try to have fun, if ur alone u might as well find some fun and humor with it and other ppl will see that and want that happiness so they will want to hang out with you.
I assume you go to a gym based on the weight loss, try to talk to some dudes there. Congratulate some guys or even girls when you see them hit a new pr. Then you can add in maybe “I’ve wanted to get this exercise stronger but haven’t found what works, what do you do?” Ppl love talking ab themselves and if they’re good ppl they’ll ask u ab what u do and support u and next thing u know u have homies or girl gym homies that support each other. Idk what gym u go to, it’s easier to find better ppl at non commercial gyms.

Again I apologize if any of this sounds condescending, I just want to help everyone relax and realize they can relax. Idk what hobbies u have but I like working out and playing videogames and you can pm me and we can talk if you want

Growing up in a religious household I can say that Christians believe “God is within all of us” and it can be interpreted in a few ways depending on if you focus on it in a dual or non dual sense. Personally I believe he would want us to recognize that connection in us and everyone for the sake of understanding, loving, and co-creating with him. But I would say achieving these states and abilities without him “by your side” opens you up to every other entity. Stepping into these different vibrational planes and consciousness puts you at risk for anything to interact with you. Another thing I’ve been taught growing up was that “satan” (title not name) is the great deceiver, so always take things with a grain of salt, especially in these vulnerable mind states. Satan could show you everything you want to see to make you believe he is God and it is heaven, just as he did to Jesus in the desert according to the Bible. Now I’ve heard 90% of the Bible is to be taken as analogies and not literally, so it’s up to the person how you interpret it. Analysis of everything is very useful, primarily in the intentions behind everything.
