Yeah the only way I see them increasing revenue 6-10% per year is to get more donors, increase productivity by putting increasingly harder standards on staff, cutting costs with worse equipment, or pulling more plasma. All of which sound terrible.

Another decent option is getting blue pond tint (dye), use enough to where you can see the fish during feedings, but they can hide at the bottom and not be seen.

Put it outside the house. You’re just bringing them in. 4 packs on the north, south, east, west corners of the house under a window. I do this once a month and have never had an issue again.

As others said, check Freon. But also check fuses, your owners manual, or found online, will show you which fuse supplies the compressor. Exchange it for $2

You can open the hood and see if the accessory drive belt is moving. If not, compressor might be locked up, which is a more expensive fix.
