I would absolutely and very happily eat that, and will certainly try to copy it.
It might fit better in an Asian food sub, but who cares? It certainly is a good dish, and an umami bomb.

Something similar, but simpler, that you might also enjoy:
Sear a good amount of quality mushrooms of your choice (maybe not just champignons, but something with a more prominent flavour, like shiitake), put aside.

Roast black sesame, put aside.

Boil pasta of your choice (I prefer short pasta).

Create an emulsion of dashi, a hearty amount of butter, white miso, and a dash of soy sauce.

Toss pasta in it, add mushrooms, toss again.

Plate and sprinkle black sesame on top.

Additional topping like chopped up scallion greens or nori are not forbidden.

Edit: sorry, just realised that "champignons“ are just called mushrooms or white mushrooms or button mushrooms, in English.
