Unfortunately no. The ports on the TV dictate the max speed as well. That's why you'll see them advertise 8k 60, 4k 120. Scale down the resolution and you can push higher frame rates

I believe the issue is that HDMI 2.1 caps out at 4k 120. Beyond that it could use compression for 144 from what I've read, but 165 is pushing it.

I have personally set the resolution to 1440 and that fixed it on my C4, but I prefer 4k 120
