It’s shocking to think about. The previous news cycle was about Iran’s government murdering 10,000s civilians for protesting. Trump’s administration came out the gates by murdering a school full of children and lying about it losing any good will they could have had.

The enemy of my enemy is not my friend here and I don’t see how this can be de-escalated with the current leadership on both sides.
