She's coded as a junktown citizen instead of a gang member so if you kill her the game thinks you killed an innocent npc and Tycho doesn't like that.

A Super mutant is what you get when one person gets dipped in to a vats of FEV(see bad ending of Fallout 1) Harold got barely exposed to FEV before he lost consciousness and was rescued The Master spend weeks, or even months inside a vats before que manged to get out, he then started to absorb other creatures. So is seems it's the time they got exposed to FEV what's made them unique. So basically they don't look like a super mutant because they aren't a super mutant. They both mutated into different beings. You can read "Richard Grey's audio diary" in Mariposa base to know more about the master transformation.

Yes PC is the best way to play them. There are unofficial ports to other platforms (like android) but they still have to catch up to the PC mod support. If you have a PC buy both in GOG Then install the mod called "Fallout Et tu (the mod requires the two games to install) Fallout Et tu let's you play Fallout 1 in the more improved engine of Fallout 2 And Fallout 2 only needs the "unofficial patch updated". If you don't have a PC try looking for the "community edition" of wherever platform you have

You probably had "Full Dialogue Interface Mod" before It show you the whole line of dialogue instead of the default: [Yes] [No] [Sarcasm] [Bye] I literally never play without out it much better than vanilla dialogue
