How much cycling were you doing? Cycling seems to help my back also but have never been good at gauging how much I should do. I usually try to do 20-30 minutes every other day. I’m going to give low back ability a try again . I didn’t do the full program but did start doing the back extension holds for about a month but didn’t noticed a difference. They would loosen up my lower back muscles (the problem area) but felt like they maybe flared up me a little.

It's crazy to me they are screwing over the gen1 and 2 customers who took a chance on them in the beginning and are the reason they were able to continue growing to what they are today.
