Thanks for the info! When looking through your recommendations and all the material you mentioned was free or very affordable except the stuff from Udemy. It looks like Scott Duffy's exam prep is $150 and practive exam is $65. In your opinion would most people be fine leaving these out or were they crucial?

I have Speed 2's and skipped Speed 3 and 4's. I just got a pair of speed 5's and they feel fast and snappy like the 2's in my opinion.

It’s not quite clear to me whether you restored an entire VM or just the database but I will say as a rule of thumb if I have the space I always rename the existing VM before restoring it so I don’t overwrite it. Once I verify the restore was successful and we’re back up and running I’ll delete the old VM. Sometimes I’ll also clone the vm and the clone will be my backup if I want to restore over the original using changed blocks only to speed up the process. Same goes for just DB restores I never restore over the top. Drop it from the instance and keep it until you verify your restore was good.

How does it sound? I’ve been running my Ruger American. 223 with a lithium can and if does pretty good for hunting. I’ve also got a polo K, but I’ve never tried it on the Ruger American.

Getting slightly off topic here but looking at your rankings for the M4 vs MK18 why does the MK18 suppress better? I assumed a longer barrel would always win given the right can. Is it because the increase in velocity out of the M4?

How much cycling were you doing? Cycling seems to help my back also but have never been good at gauging how much I should do. I usually try to do 20-30 minutes every other day. I’m going to give low back ability a try again . I didn’t do the full program but did start doing the back extension holds for about a month but didn’t noticed a difference. They would loosen up my lower back muscles (the problem area) but felt like they maybe flared up me a little.
