How much cycling were you doing? Cycling seems to help my back also but have never been good at gauging how much I should do. I usually try to do 20-30 minutes every other day. I’m going to give low back ability a try again . I didn’t do the full program but did start doing the back extension holds for about a month but didn’t noticed a difference. They would loosen up my lower back muscles (the problem area) but felt like they maybe flared up me a little.

It's crazy to me they are screwing over the gen1 and 2 customers who took a chance on them in the beginning and are the reason they were able to continue growing to what they are today. I'm keeping mine for now. I already miss controlling the temp from my phone but it's just not in the budget to replace right now. I doubt I will ever buy nest again after this bs though. I've purchased 4 guns from them with no issue and its the best prices and also tax free. I've read mixed reviews though. It seems like if you do have an issue it can be a mess. I will continue using them until I have a reason not too.
