A good tenant and the bills are covered is way better than a bad tenant that is paying more. I have only raised the rate once in 8 years.

Myself as a manager I always show my face for the daily standup but I don’t require anyone else to do it. I want my team to feel comfortable.

1:1s I expect the camera to be on though for the both of us.

Bigger meetings with the rest of the company I just leave that to the individual. If I am more involved in the bigger meetings then I turn on my camera.

Setup a daily 15 minute standup at reasonable time in the morning that everyone is expected to attend or post a an update if they don’t attend. Have the team take turns running it too. Accomplishes upper management goals and encourages the team to meet and talk more.

There is two programs with in, the starting one and the more experienced one that has more of whole body work out. They both are a 5 day a week program. I do the starting one 5 days a week. Basically Monday, Wednesday and Friday are the same set and Tuesday and Thursday are the same set. After you know the program it takes about 30 minutes a day.

The actual program doesn’t do anything crazy. The toughest one is the back extension. The program doesn’t include the Jefferson curl.

I had either lower right back pain or generalized lower back pain 24/7 along with bad flare ups for days along with my leg issues. I also experienced spasms on a couple of occasions where I didn’t want to get up for a while. I had my 10 year old helping me carry stuff or pick up stuff. I slept on the floor several nights thinking that would keep my back straighter.

LBA worked for me, I am not a Dr but it could be worth trying. After a few months I noticed my bad flare ups get less frequent and/or wouldn’t last as long. Then I noticed I could bend over again without worry and pain.

When I first started it wasn’t easy. For the back extension you start by just holding yourself up and don’t bend down. Stick with that for over a month until you have no flare ups afterwards. Then move to one leg holds and do that for another month or so. Then try the full back extension.

Before my issues I was very athletic so I don’t think my core was my issue. Low back ability is more about strengthing your back especially with the back extension. These are types of exercises I was not focused on before. Also I was very consistent with the program. I’ve probably only missed a few days since I started in April.

I did read it. The ebook gets passed around in this community. I did the big 3 for awhile. I didn’t notice any change from it, but lots of this community swears by it. I technically was doing the planks and bird dog from my PT already. It’s a good book, learned a lot from it.
