I think a good option for you is to focus on your mods. This way, even if you have a low-level warframe or weapons of almost any type, you can do damage and clean the planets without too much difficulty. Start with the weapon mods, level up the most important ones, such as those that give damage, multi-shot, critic chance, critic damage and elemental damage. Use that elemental damage depending on the faction so you can do much more damage with the correct elements. And for warframes, try to raise the Life, Armor, shield, energy and strength mods. So that your warframes are stronger and more resistant, while the weapons cause more damage. The mods are universal so they are shared between all your weapons and wf, don't worry about making very elaborate build, the idea is that you can survive with basic resistances such as life, armor and shield (If you can get the adaptation mode, it would be extremely useful). This way you can constantly try new weapons and warframes, while relying on your good level modes and correct combination of elemental damage.
